Design Concept · Biophilic Organic Contemporary
Conceived as a private retreat centred on rest and connection to nature, The Sylva Retreat uses an earthy palette, layered natural textures and integrated greenery to create a calm and immersive interior.
A planted backdrop becomes the focal point of the sleeping area, framed by irregular organic edges that soften the architecture and bring a garden like quality into the room. Timber surfaces, woven details, textured walls and soft neutral furnishings continue the natural material language throughout the adjoining lounge and dressing spaces.
Clean lined cabinetry and low furniture keep the composition controlled, while sculptural forms and warm integrated lighting add depth without disturbing the sense of quiet. The result is a tactile, restorative interior where biophilic elements are treated as part of the architecture rather than decoration.
