Furnishing

THE ART OF COMPOSITION

A space finds its character through the pieces within it and the relationships between them.

Furniture, lighting, textiles, art and objects shape how a room feels just as much as the architecture around them. The curve of a chair, the fall of a curtain, the texture of a fabric and the scale of a piece all contribute to the atmosphere of the space.

We begin with you. Your taste, how you live, what you already own and what you are drawn to all inform the direction.

From there, we build a considered furnishing scheme that balances proportion, comfort, materiality and personality. Existing pieces can be incorporated where appropriate, while new furniture, custom pieces and decorative elements are selected to complete the composition.

Whether furnishing a single room or an entire property, the aim is to create an interior that feels collected, intentional and entirely connected to the people who live within it.

For projects within South Africa, Luxure can manage sourcing, procurement, installation and final styling.

For international projects, we provide the furnishing concept, selections, specifications and creative direction for implementation locally.
