The 3rd Road Residence

Conceived as a light and airy contemporary residence, the interior is built around a soft neutral palette, warm metallic accents and a strong emphasis on layered architectural lighting.

Working in collaboration with SPS Architects, Luxure was responsible for the complete interior architecture of the home, including ceiling design, electrical and plumbing optimisation, staircase and flooring design, bathrooms, bespoke cabinetry, finishes and interior detailing. Our design direction also extended to the selection of exterior finishes, paving and landscape materials, creating continuity between the architectural exterior and the interior experience.

Natural stone, warm timber, soft finishes and sculptural lighting bring warmth and depth to the clean architectural framework, resulting in a home that feels bright, refined and cohesive throughout.
