About Luxure
One vision. Carried all the way through.

Founded in 2020, Luxure brings together interior design, project management and a trusted network of specialists to take projects from the first idea to the final detail. We work throughout South Africa and design for clients abroad, creating spaces shaped around the people who will live, work and spend time in them.
​
Our work ranges from furnishing a single space to complete renovations, new builds and developments. Whatever the scale, we bring the same considered approach: understanding the vision, assembling the right team and staying involved until it all comes together.
​
Through our partnership with Lux Prop, that journey can begin with finding the right land or property, navigating zoning and connecting with developers. For new builds and developments, we partner with architects whose individual strengths and design styles best suit the project. Experienced builders, engineers and specialist contractors bring the expertise needed to carry that vision into construction.

At the centre is our small, dedicated in-house team. We connect the work of each specialist, taking care of the interior architecture & design, sourcing, procurement and countless decisions that sit between the larger stages of a project. From coordinating finishes with construction to placing the final piece of furniture, we keep the whole picture in view.

Luxure oversees the process from start to finish, with project management that keeps people, decisions and details connected. It is this continuity that allows the original idea to remain clear through every stage, and become a finished space where everything belongs.

Meet Our Founder,
Jade-Mariè Cohen
My first design project was my own bedroom. I was nine.
​
There were sketches, colour palettes, fabric swatches and a very patient mom taking me from shop to shop. I could spend hours choosing a bed or a desk, imagining how each piece would fit into the room I had pictured. Even then, every detail mattered to me.
​
I have always known I was a creative. Graduating from the Interior Design Institute in 2020 gave that instinct a professional foundation, and building a career around something I have loved since childhood has been deeply rewarding.
​
Today, that same curiosity and attention to detail shape my work at Luxure. My philosophy begins with the belief that a space should reflect the people who inhabit it: their personalities, their routines and the way they want to feel. Beauty and everyday living belong together, with each decision contributing to the experience of the whole.
​
For me, this starts with listening. Understanding what you are drawn to, what matters to you and what you struggle to put into words is an essential part of the process. My role is to bridge the gap between your ideas and a finished space, bringing clarity to the possibilities and making all the individual elements work together. One vision, carried all the way through.
​
My work has spanned renovations, new builds and furnishing projects, each one deepening my experience and refining my approach. I bring everything I have learned into the next project, alongside the excitement of creating something entirely personal to someone new.
​
There is still something of that nine-year-old in every space I design: the imagination, the care in choosing each detail and the joy of seeing something I once pictured become real.
