Renovations

THE ART OF REINVENTION

A building does not need to be new to become something entirely different.

We approach renovation as an opportunity to reconsider the architecture, circulation, proportions, materiality and atmosphere of a space as a whole. Walls can move. Rooms can change purpose. Light can be redirected. Architectural details can be stripped back, strengthened or introduced entirely.

The goal is not simply to update what is there. It is to uncover what the space could become.

Our work is intentionally restrained. We do not fill rooms for the sake of filling them. Architecture is given room to breathe, materials are allowed to carry weight, and statement pieces are given enough space to command attention. Every element is considered in relation to the whole, creating interiors that feel calm, deliberate and deeply resolved.

Whether we are transforming a private residence or reworking an existing property for a new purpose, the result should feel as though the space could never have existed any other way.

01

UNDERSTAND

We begin by studying the existing building, its structure, light, circulation and potential.

02

REIMAGINE

We reconsider how the space should function, feel and be experienced.

03

RESHAPE

Where required, we alter the architecture itself, from spatial planning and structural interventions to new openings, ceilings, lighting and built form.

04

DEFINE

A clear material and design language is developed through proportion, texture, lighting, joinery, furniture and carefully selected statement pieces.

05

REALISE

Our team coordinates the build, contractors, procurement, budget and detailing to carry the concept through construction without losing the original intent.

06

COMPLETE

Furniture, art, objects and final styling are introduced with restraint, completing the atmosphere rather than filling the space.

07

REVEAL

The finished project is handed over as one complete environment, considered from the architecture through to the final detail.
